South Santiam Cottages WINTER Rates: 
We are trying something new this winter, adjustable rates.

Rates for up to 3 people:                                     

1 night $70 per night                  
2 nights @ $70 per night    ($140)
3 nights @ $65 per night    ($195)
4 nights @ $60 per night    ($240)
5 nights @ $60 per night    ($300)
6 nights @ $60 per night    ($360)
The 7th night is FREE      ($360)

 
               Have more than 3 people? Add an extra $10 for each person, for each night.
                    (Exceptions may apply for children.)

         Pet Fee is $15 for the length of stay. (No more than 2 pets are allowed.)

      A minimum stay may be required on holidays, special events and weekends.

South Santiam Cottages Standard Rates:

• $85.00 per night for up to 3 people

• Additional person per night fee is $10.00

• Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free

• $15.00 Pet Fee (maximum of 2 pets please)

• A minimum stay may be required on holidays, special events and weekends

Pets:

• $15 pet fee for the length of the stay
• maximum of 2 pets per cottage
• must be under control and on a leash at all times while outside for their safety
• must be cleaned up after
• may not be left unattended in the cottages

 Deposit

To secure your date we must receive a minimum deposit equal to one (1) night's stay or 1/2 of the total for a multiple night stay.

The remainder is due on the date of check in.
