South Santiam Cottages Standard Rates:

• $75.00 per night for up to 3 people

• Additional person per night fee is $10.00

• Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free

• $15.00 Pet Fee (maximum of 2 pets please)

• A minimum stay may be required on holidays, special events and weekends

South Santiam Cottages Winter Rates will be reposted at a later date.

 

Pets:

• $15 pet fee for the length of the stay
• maximum of 2 pets per cottage
• must be under control and on a leash at all times while outside for their safety
• must be cleaned up after
• may not be left unattended in the cottages

• Credit Card purchases can be invoiced in advance via PayPal (We regret the need to pass on an additional 3.25% charge that we are assessed for the use of PayPal)

To secure your date we must receive a minimum deposit equal to one (1) night's stay or 1/2 of the total for a multiple night stay.

The remainder is due on the date of check in.
