Individual Cottages:

* Each cottage is uniquely furnished and decorated with a mix of antique and modern furnishings. You will find books and magazines as well as a few games and a toy basket for smaller children.

* The Red Cottage has 1 queen bed in the bedroom, a twin bed, and a full size (comfortable) hide-a-bed in the living room along with 2 comfortable sitting chairs.

* The Grey Cottage has 1 queen and 1 twin in the bedroom and a queen hide-a-bed in the living room and 2 recliners.

* Bedding and Linens, shampoo and body wash and bar soap are supplied.

* WiFi is available in both cottages.

* Each cottage is fully equipped with a modern Kitchen to include: microwave, coffee pot, toaster, range with oven, refrigerator/freezer, pots and pans, mixing bowls, dishes, cups and glasses, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and sanitizers.

* Coffee, Teas, Bottled Water, Kool Aide, and some seasonings are also in each of the cottages.

* Private decks overlook the river with stairways that lead to the river's edge.

* A  wood style cast iron propane fireplace adds to the inviting atmosphere of each cottage.

* The "Communal" outdoor fireplace for marshmallows, hot dogs, and campfire talks is located between both of the cottages. Bring your own wood supply or shop locally at one of several local businesses.

* A propane barbequer is available upon request.
